Wayne has nearly 20 years high speed manufacturing experience and he will share experiences in managing production for the largest supplier of coffee filters and private label baby wipes in North America. Over the last decade, Wayne’s career has been focused on Lean Manufacturing, high performance operating teams and optimizing the supply chain process.


Senior MES Project Manager Kirk Weiss, Stone Technologies.
Kirk has worked over 25 years in the manufacturing systems engineering field with both a strong technical and project management background in system integration, solutions engineering, and MES. He has spent the past 8 years as an independent consultant assisting organizations to improve their operational performance by applying the appropriate technologies, streamlining operations, reducing costs and squeezing more out of the supply chain and sales channels. Kirk currently serves as the OMAC MES Chairperson Definition Team Lead.


Director of Business Development and Marketing Dan Engelhard, Stone Technologies.
Dan has focused over 20 years on Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), PLC/HMI systems, in addition to other real-time integration applications. His experience includes business management, business development, project management, marketing and supply chain enterprise to manufacturing integration.
